A development of 10 apartments.  This project required internal structural alterations and the the development of 10 new apartments.

The former East Anglia Hotel in the heart of the town centre.  Converted to a brand new  executive apartment block comprising of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments spread over 4 floors served by a communal lift 

The Grange originally built in 1883 comprises a Grade 2 listed building which has been restored to its former glory externally and internally, to provide a collection of 17 apartments..

The development of commercial units comprising of 3 retails units and associated parking spaces.

A substantial 4 storey building constructed in the 1960's of concrete framed construction with concrete and stone clad elevations.

Converted and refurbished to create a mixed use development, comprising of  7 ground floor retail units with 51 residential apartments above.

A development of 19 Waterside apartments in the centre of Canterbury,
